      Take on this role and lead operations for one of the UK’s leading providers of homes for rent! The Head of Operations will lead the Single Family Housing division of the organisation and ensure the organisation continues to provide the highest standards of homes and service provision at all times.

      Salary : Up to £90,000 + Bonus

      What will the role require?

      • Take responsible for the delivery, reporting and presentation of the organisation’s KPIs, including Operating Budget, Leasing, Customer Experience and H&S/Compliance.
      • Work with the senior team you’ll help curate the brand experience vision, creating brand standard training documents and a supporting training programme.
      • Be a highly visible Head of Operations for the business, both for the workforce but equally across the wider stakeholder population, such as shareholders, investors and banks.
      • Deliver regular investor and board meetings in relation to the strategy and growth of the portfolio/brand.
      • Ability to assimilate the detail, swiftly identifying points of saliency, whilst remaining focused on delivery against the wider strategic plan.
      • Excellent budgetary, forecasting, cash-flow management and future planning skills. Ability to report and present performance data.
      • Presence and aptitude to support and challenge colleagues. Natural self-confidence and self-awareness combined with high levels of emotional intelligence.
      • Lead delivery of first class customer service and resident engagement and identify opportunities to enhance service improvement plans.
      • Support the employee on boarding journey.
