Role: Maintenance Operative
Location: North-West London.
Salary: £27k – £28k + Up to 10% discretionary annual bonus.
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday on a rota basis, 33 days annual leave including bank holidays
Become a Maintenance Operative for a stabilised asset with 350 units based in the North-West London area.
What you’ll do:
• Oversee and coordinate contractor maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards.
• Provide general maintenance support including plumbing, painting, and decorating of studios and communal areas.
• Keep the site grounds well-maintained and clear of rubbish.
• Assist with resident queries, emergency procedures, and ensure smooth transitions during move-ins and move-outs.
What you’ll bring:
• Experience in general maintenance (basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc.).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Full driving license and use of a vehicle.
