      As Lettings Manager you will be integral to the mobilisation and set up of a brand-new BTR asset in Bath, lead the on-site team, drive lettings performance and ensure outstanding customer experience at all times.

      With more than 300 state-of-the-art homes that boast exceptional amenities in the historical city of Bath – this development is one-of-a-kind! There is massive potential within this role, as you deliver a new flagship development in Bath. 

      Role : Lettings Manager (Build to Rent)

      Salary : Up to £45,000 + Bonus

      Role Overview :

      As Lettings Manager you will be responsible for overall lettings and marketing strategy at the development, including, but not limited to, pre lease targets, leasing of remaining properties and ensuring maximum occupancy.

      Understand and promote the brand and product at all times and ensure the same of the on-site team.

      Manage the front of house/leasing teams and be responsible for the overall delivery of the entire BTR product and the highest level of operational performance.

      Who we are searching for :

      • An exceptional leader with previous experience in a lettings role
      • An individual with financial acumen and experience of working to budgets and devising a lettings strategy
      • Experience of developing a continuous improvement culture and mentoring a high performing team
      • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and a high level of administrative skills and computer literacy skills
      • IRPM / ARLA qualifications (highly desirable)
