      Residential Living Recruitment are working with a Premium Student Accommodation Provider to recruit a HR Manager. Our client focuses on creating modern, stylish, and community-focused living spaces for students, offering a range of services and amenities that enhance the student living experience.

       

      About the role

      You will take lead on operational HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and compliance across sites.

      This is an exciting opportunity to take on your first HR Manager position in a busy multi-site environment where you can develop your skills and make an impact! 

       

      Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum + Benefits  

      Job type: Permanent

      Work pattern: Monday – Friday

      Location: London office and regular visits across different sites  

       

      Responsibilities

      • Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers
      • Conduct regular audits both across department activities and across sites
      • Take ownership of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting, making recommendations to improve processes
      • Manage and oversee processes across the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding, probation, contract changes, leavers.
      • Take ownership and supporting across all recruitment activities
      • Support the annual salary review, benchmarking salaries, preparing letters and updating records.
      • Overseeing the annual appraisal process.

      Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

      • Ideally – CIPD level 5
      • Experience working across Multiple sites – Hospitality, PBSA, BTR, Residential Living
      • A flexible, hands-on individual who is happy to get involved in all areas of the business as required
      • A HR generalist with an open, transparent communication style
      • Proven HR generalist experience including payroll management and recruitment
      • Confident, assertive and able to build a good report with all colleagues at all levels.
      • Knowledge of HR systems.
