      Residential Living Recruitment are working with a large real estate company specialising in Build to Rent (BTR) who develop, own and manage large-scale residential buildings designed for long-term renters.

      The property manager will play a key role in supporting the smooth running within a portfolio of rental homes that offer many of the conveniences of urban living, like high-quality amenities and a sense of community, but in a more suburban or semi-rural environment.

       

      Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum + Bonus

      Job type: Permanent

      Work pattern: Monday – Friday – Site based & some homeworking  

      Location: Harrogate, Site based in Leeds and other regional areas

      Essential: MUST BE A CAR DRIVER

       

      Duties and responsibilities

      Mobilisation

      • Set up process to enable smooth handover from builders
      • Escalate any necessary snaps and issues identified during handover
      • Regular travel to sites for handover of homes

      Customer Service

      • Be the onsite presence and build a strong connection with the residents and community
      • Liaise with residents, on site aftercare teams and contractors to deal with enquiries and resolve issues
      • Conduct viewings, defect inspections, move in inventories, check out inspections and regular mid term inspections on-site

      Defects Resolution

      • Support the Customer Service team during escalations of defects
      • Oversee defects process ensuring prompt resolution within service level agreements

      Responsive Maintenance Oversight

      • Collaborate with teams to address maintenance issues promptly
      • Conduct inventories and mid-tenancy inspections
      • Monitor work order proposal

      Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

      • Strong experience within Property Management or Facilities Management
      • Professional verbal and written communication skills, and problem solving skills
      • IT literate with CRM software and Microsoft Offices
      • Desirable IOSH or relevant property qualifications
